Day 2 Activities: Writing and Math
Beginner Writing Skills Page: Using a hand over hand technique or un-prompted, have your child begin to trace the given lines to match the dinosaurs. You can either use a marker or crayon for this activity. If using a crayon, reinforce that your child is using pressure so the lines are visible. Using a marker doesn't require as much pressure as a crayon would, so remember to keep that in mind =)
How My Garden Grows: Again, a crayon or marker is acceptable. Have your child count the objects first, and color one by one to promote language and counting skills.

Lately, our class has been LOVING all things DINOSAURS (hence the dino-tracing page). Therefore I wanted to do some fun activities that had do with Dinos. This craft is a great sensory craft, and its easy to do at home! All you need is 3 ingredients to make this Salt Dough! This will keep your kids engaged and also build those hand muscles =)

To go with our Dino Theme, here is a fun dance/gross motor activity that your child can watch and March along to!
Day 3 Activities: Cutting and ELA
Munching Lunch: Using a hand over hand technique or un-prompted, have your child cut the 3 shapes (the circle may be the most difficult). A great trick to help them visualize where to cut is by using a yellow highlighter and outlining the lines/shapes that need to be cut. When cutting the shapes is complete, prompt them to glue the shapes to the appropriate spots
Letter Sort-AEIOU: cut EITHER the upper-case letters or the lower case letters (More challenging will be the lowercase letters), and have our child sort and glue the letters in the correct column,
